Does Source 1 call all time zones?
Yes. We cover all time zones including Alaska and Hawaii.
Does Source 1 only do telemarketing (outbound) calling?
Source 1 provides a variety of calling services. Patient Calls and Inbound Call acceptance are other services available to hearing centers.
Does Source 1 provide the hearing centers' leads?
Each hearing center secures their own leads from a lead provider of their choosing. Source 1 can also recommend a reputable lead provider, if the hearing center needs guidance. The client provides his own leads with the demographics he uses for his individual markets and forwards them for calling.
Does the hearing center have to get a SAN number to register with the National Do Not Call List?
Each hearing center should be registered with a SAN number, so that the leads are "scrubbed" against the National Do Not Call List. Most major lead providers in the industry do this at the client's request. If the lead provider does not do this for the hearing center, Source 1 can for a nominal fee.
How does a hearing center get their leads to you for calling?
