Inbound Appointment Setting Print
Source 1 receives calls on a hearing center's behalf as a remote (P.C.C.) Patient Care Coordinator. This is accomplished by the clinic call forwarding to Source 1's Inbound department or by printing a toll-free number issued by Source 1 on the hearing center's mailer.  A live operator is available 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. with automated attendant messages tailored for your hearing center's after clinic hours.  This appointment scheduling includes a confirmation call to these same appointments for attendance.

Patient Calling Print
This is very specialized calling that accomplishes important objectives (in a timely manner) for the Hearing Center owner
  • Provides one more voice that says "We appreciate your business", "We are the people that are interested in you and concerned for you."
  • Insures you are first to talk to them about newer technology. 
 
DNC Registration Print
When your lead provider does not provide this service, Source 1 can acquire a Subscriber Account Number (SAN) for the client.  This insures the client's leads are "scrubbed" against the National Do Not Call List.
We do not provide registration for any State DNC lists where applicable.
